Starting Point

  • Hans-Peter Porsche Traumwerk, a museum,  opened in summer 2015. Visitors and potential visitors are informed via all channels – particularly via social media - and thus encouraged to visit the new touristic attraction in the south of Bavaria

Goal

  • Conceptional work, organization and administration of a Facebook page
  • Presentation of the TraumWerk as an interesting excursion destination for children and adults
  • Increasing the interactivity between the fans to share their opinions about the Hans-Peter Porsche TraumWerk
  • Turning Facebook fans into visitors

Implementation

  • Developing a strategy and an editorial plan
  • Writing regular posts including publication via Wilde & Partner
  • Monitoring the site as well as answering questions and reacting to comments
  • Finding potential partners for cooperations and for an increase in the number of fans

Result

  • Continuous growth of the fan base: only a few months after the opening the Hans-Peter Porsche Traumwerk gained over 1,000 fans
  • Responding promptly to visitors‘ questions and comments
